After an earlier successful delivery in 2021, Envytech Solutions AB requested a second, similar custom container for flexible water treatment of contaminated groundwater and surface water. The installation had to be deployable for different types of contamination, with the emphasis on removing suspended solids and the possibility of adding specific adsorption media.

Flexible, efficient and fully custom-made. Eco-Vision delivered a fully modular container installation that perfectly responds to the diverse needs of contaminated groundwater and surface water. The installation effectively removes suspended particles via mechanical pre-filtration and offers the possibility to add specific adsorption media – such as activated carbon or iron hydroxide – depending on the nature of the contamination.
Thanks to the modular design without pre-installed filter media, Envytech retains maximum flexibility and the container can easily be adapted for different remediation projects. The more compact tanks ensure optimal use of space, while the customised component positioning simplifies the operator’s work.
The mobile container can be deployed quickly at changing locations and combines technical robustness with practical ease of use, ideal for challenging environments where speed and adaptability are crucial.

Thanks to a combination of physico-chemical treatment and advanced ion exchangers, Eurocircuits reuses 60,000 m³ of water each year and reduces the copper content to below 0.05 ppm. Result: official authorisation to discharge to surface water and an annual saving of €110,000.

Datwyler
Closed water loop in the medical industry
At Datwyler, the rinse water from rubber components has been fully reused since 2018 via a reverse osmosis installation in closed loop. The result: 33,600 m³ less water consumption and €85,000 saving per year. Circular, pure and efficient.
