Zero Liquid Discharge in aluminium treatment

Bendec

For Bendec, Eco-Vision realised a mobile closed water circuit, reusing rinse water via ion exchangers and evaporating residual water with a vacuum evaporator on heat pump. Result: 11,000 m³ water savings, €22,000 annual savings and no more liquid discharge. 100% circular water management is now a reality.

Smart wastewater management in the PCB sector

Eurocircuits

Thanks to a combination of physico-chemical treatment and advanced ion exchangers, Eurocircuits reuses 60,000 m³ of water each year and reduces the copper content to below 0.05 ppm. Result: official authorisation to discharge to surface water and an annual saving of €110,000.

Closed water loop in the medical industry

Datwyler

At Datwyler, the rinse water from rubber components has been fully reused since 2018 via a reverse osmosis installation in closed loop. The result: 33,600 m³ less water consumption and €85,000 saving per year. Circular, pure and efficient.

Reuse of biologically treated effluent in the frozen food sector

Pasfrost

Pasfrost chose a sustainable approach to its water management. By desalinating brackish water via two powerful reverse osmosis installations, they save 210,000 m³ of water and €252,000 in costs every year. Efficient, circular and future-oriented!

Aviko

Aviko engaged Eco-Vision for a sustainable solution to convert tap water into process water for production, cooling and steam. With an upflow softener and high recovery reverse osmosis (RO), Aviko saves 38,000 m³ of water, 195 tonnes of salt and €126,000 in costs every year. Smart technology for maximum efficiency!

Wastewater reduction in the automotive sector

EKK Eagle Simrax

EKK Eagle Simrax was looking for a solution for its pigmented lacquer wastewater. Eco-Vision installed a vacuum evaporator with a scraper mechanism and a polishing step with an activated carbon filter. Result: 95% lower disposal costs, only 5% residual volume and reuse of the water as demineralised water.

DAF Westerlo – From 750 m³ of wastewater to only 12 m³ per year

DAF Trucks

Eco-Vision installed at DAF Westerlo a combination of a mobile demineralisation installation and a vacuum evaporator. Result: almost complete reduction of wastewater, clearly improved water quality, and real-time control over the process. Smart, sustainable and profitable.

Mobile PFAS removal with CCRO technology

Indaver IWS

Eco-Vision / Hydris Engineering supplied a mobile water treatment installation for INDAVER IWS, aimed at PFAS removal (>99%) and water recovery (approximately 90%). With activated carbon, CCRO and ion exchangers, the solution offers maximum flexibility and supports INDAVER’s ZLD objectives. Sustainable, efficient and ready for the future.

Envytech Solutions AB

Eco-Vision is once again delivering a custom-made water treatment container to Envytech Solutions AB. The mobile installation can be used to remove suspended solids and can be adapted with adsorption media, depending on the application. More compact, more user-friendly and ready for tomorrow’s remediation challenges.

From wastewater to reusable process water: Alural closes the water loop

Alural Belgium NV

With the support of Eco-Vision, Alural Belgium is switching to an almost fully circular water loop. Thanks to an innovative combination of physico-chemical pre-treatment and vacuum evaporation, Alural recovers 40,000 to 60,000 litres of wastewater every day, reuses 3,500 litres of purified water per hour and limits the residual stream to only 2 m³ per day. An absolute benchmark in sustainable industrial water management!

Circular water use What’s Cooking

What’s Cooking

In collaboration with Eco-Vision, ‘What’s Cooking?’ Wommelgem is switching to reusing process water via a unique CCRO installation. The result: a saving of 30 m³ per hour, or an Olympic swimming pool every 10 hours, drinking-water quality for cleaning, and a circular system with minimal discharge. All of this via a ‘water as a service’ model, fully managed by Eco-Vision.

Water softening for a hotel in Brussels

Close (ACMC – Manhattan Hotel)

Hotel Manhattan (ACMC) had an outdated downflow water softener that consumed a lot of water and salt. To guarantee the supply of 55 m³ of soft water per hour, a more efficient and more sustainable solution was needed, with lower operating costs and less environmental impact.

De Coster

De Coster slaughterhouse (Danis Pork Masters) in West Flanders had an existing water softener that no longer met the sustainability and efficiency requirements of the modern food industry. The company wanted to renew the installation to increase capacity while significantly reducing salt and water consumption during regenerations.
