Indaver IWS was looking for an effective solution for removing micropollutants, with a particular focus on PFAS in industrial wastewater streams. The installation had to achieve high efficiency to support their ambition towards Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) and be flexibly deployable for tank cleaning and temporary water streams.
Mobile water treatment technology for PFAS removal and water recovery. For Indaver IWS, Eco-Vision delivered a mobile and flexible water treatment installation that can be deployed at various locations. The installation achieves PFAS removal of more than 99% and a water recovery efficiency of approximately 90% – a strong performance in line with Indaver’s Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) ambitions.
By applying pre-filtration with activated carbon (triplex AC filter), the impact of organic peaks, especially in the winter months, is effectively buffered. The core of the installation is a Closed Circuit Reverse Osmosis (CCRO) system that can handle water with a high chemical load thanks to smart chemical conditioning and CIP (Cleaning in Place). As a final step, an ion-exchanger polishing step provides extra assurance in PFAS removal and water quality.
The installation is designed for flow rates of 6 to 10 m³ per hour, offers high operational reliability under variable conditions, and is fully mobile – an ideal solution for temporary or fluctuating water streams.
This total solution combines environmentally friendly performance with operational flexibility and supports Indaver’s sustainable course in industrial water treatment.

Bendec
Zero Liquid Discharge in aluminium treatment
For Bendec, Eco-Vision realised a mobile closed water circuit, reusing rinse water via ion exchangers and evaporating residual water with a vacuum evaporator on heat pump. Result: 11,000 m³ water savings, €22,000 annual savings and no more liquid discharge. 100% circular water management is now a reality.

Eurocircuits
Smart wastewater management in the PCB sector
Thanks to a combination of physico-chemical treatment and advanced ion exchangers, Eurocircuits reuses 60,000 m³ of water each year and reduces the copper content to below 0.05 ppm. Result: official authorisation to discharge to surface water and an annual saving of €110,000.

Datwyler
Closed water loop in the medical industry
At Datwyler, the rinse water from rubber components has been fully reused since 2018 via a reverse osmosis installation in closed loop. The result: 33,600 m³ less water consumption and €85,000 saving per year. Circular, pure and efficient.
