Eco-Vision & Hydris merge together

Eco-Vision, the Ashes-based industrial water treatment solutions company, is merging with industry peer Hydris. Together, they will now enter the international market under the name Eco-Vision.

Eco-Vision was founded in 1999 by Theo Bollen. Its total solutions for water treatment include components such as environmental consultancy, engineering, installation and process automation. Traditionally, Eco-Vision has specialised in wastewater projects. At the end of 2020, the company became part of the international Pollet Water Group, which also includes Waregem-based Hydris. This sector peer, also specialising in industrial water treatment, is now merging with Eco-Vision to form one company.

“Merging the two companies creates a very complementary story,” Theo Bollen knows. “We are now a unique player in the field of industrial water treatment, with experience in numerous sectors, and a good geographical spread in the country. We are also aiming further, at the international market. After all, the alternative water sources we use to reduce operating and energy costs are a current need internationally.”

The unified group continues under the name Eco-Vision. Theo Bollen and Veerle Hennissen will continue to manage the whole from the Ashes branch.
