Bendec
Zero Liquid Discharge in aluminium treatment
For Bendec, Eco-Vision realised a mobile closed water circuit, reusing rinse water via ion exchangers and evaporating residual water with a vacuum evaporator on heat pump. Result: 11,000 m³ water savings, €22,000 annual savings and no more liquid discharge. 100% circular water management is now a reality.

Eurocircuits
Smart wastewater management in the PCB sector
Thanks to a combination of physicochemical treatment and advanced ion exchangers, Eurocircuits reuses 60,000 m³ of water annually and reduces copper levels to below 0.05 ppm. Result: government permission to discharge into surface water and annual savings of €110,000.

Datwyler
Closed water cycle in the medical industry
At Datwyler, the rinse water from rubber components has been completely reused via a closed loop reverse osmosis plant since 2018. The result: 33,600 m³ less water consumption and €85,000 savings per year. Circular, clean and efficient.

Pasfrost
Reuse of biological effluent in the frozen food sector
Pasfrost took a sustainable approach to their water management. By desalinating brackish water via two powerful reverse osmosis plants, they save 210,000 m³ of water and €252,000 in costs annually. Efficient, circular and forward-looking!

Aviko
Process water treatment in potato processing
Aviko engaged Eco-Vision for a sustainable solution to convert tap water into process water for production, cooling and steam. With an upflow softener and high recovery reverse osmosis (RO), Aviko saves 38,000 m³ of water, 195 tonnes of salt and €126,000 in costs every year. Smart technology for maximum efficiency!

EKK Eagle Simrax
Wastewater reduction in the automotive sector
EKK Eagle Simrax was looking for a solution for their paint pigment waste water. Eco-Vision installed a vacuum evaporator with scraping mechanism and a polishing step with activated carbon filter. Result: 95% less disposal costs, only 5% residual volume and reuse of the water as demin water.

DAF Trucks
DAF Westerlo – From 750 m³ waste water to just 12 m³ per year
Eco-Vision installed a combination mobile demin plant and vacuum evaporator at DAF Westerlo. Result: almost complete reduction of waste water, significantly improved water quality, plus real-time control of the process. Smart, sustainable and profitable.

Mobile PFAS removal with CCRO technology
Eco-Vision / Hydris Engineering supplied a mobile water treatment plant for INDAVER IWS, focusing on PFAS removal (>99%) and water recovery (±90%). Flexible container solution for eco-friendly remediation
Eco-Vision again supplies a custom-made water treatment container to Envytech Solutions AB. The mobile plant is deployable for suspended solids removal and adaptable with adsorbent media, depending on the application. More compact, user-friendly and ready for tomorrow’s remediation challenges.

Alural Belgium NV
From wastewater to reusable process water: Alural closes the water cycle
With Eco-Vision’s support, Alural Belgium is switching to an almost fully circular water cycle. Thanks to an innovative combination of physicochemical pre-treatment and vacuum evaporation, Alural recovers 40,000 to 60,000 litres of wastewater daily, reuses 3,500 litres of clean water per hour and limits residue flow to just 2 m³/day. An absolute reference in sustainable industrial water management!

What’s Cooking
Circular water use at What’s Cooking
In collaboration with Eco-Vision, “What’s Cooking?” makes the switch. Wommelgem switches to process water reuse via a unique CCRO plant. The result: savings of 30 m³/h or an Olympic pool every 10 hours, drinking water quality for cleaning, plus a circular system with minimal discharge. All this through a ‘water-as-a-service’ model, with comprehensive support from Eco-Vision.

Water softening for a hotel in Brussels
Manhattan Hotel (ACMC) had an outdated downflow water softener that used a lot of water and salt. The guaranteed supply of 55 m³/h of soft water required a more efficient and sustainable solution, with lower operational costs and less environmental impact.

De Coster
Water softening in the food sector
Slaughterhouse De Coster (Danis Pork Masters) in West Flanders had an existing water softener that no longer met the sustainability and efficiency requirements of the modern food industry. The company wanted to revamp the plant to increase capacity while significantly reducing salt and water consumption in regenerations.
